Does your child dream of being the next Tim Peake or Helen Sharman? Our out-of-this-world workshop will teach aspiring astronauts about the chemical and physical forces that make space travel possible. They will get a chance to design, build and launch a rocket and work out how to make a safe landing. A great introduction to life off-planet!

Parents or adults are very welcome to accompany children to this club. Please use your own judgement to decide if your child would benefit from your help during their session. If you choose not to accompany your child, please ensure that you have filled out a permission form, available here or at the club.

Science Oxford welcomes all children to our clubs. If your child has additional needs, please get in touch on [email protected] to discuss how we can best support your child to make the most of the club.
