Young Coders show off their Scratch programming skills while getting creative at our festive coding workshop. They’ll start by creating a Christmas-themed game and then, working together, tell their own Christmas story featuring Scratch Cat and friends walking through a winter wonderland from one computer to the next – will he be naughty or nice?

If your child is new to Scratch, there’s plenty of help on hand from our Science Oxford coding elves.

Creative Computing Club 9-12 year olds sessions must be accompanied by an adult.

12-15 year old session is unaccompanied. Please complete a Parental Permission Form and either email to the Creative Computer Club Team in advance or print out and bring along on the day.

Science Oxford welcomes all children to our clubs. If your child has additional needs, please get in touch on [email protected] to discuss how we can best support your child to make the most of the club.

Primary School Shows and Workshops

Lunchtime (including availability of the hall due to setup/cleaning if you use the hall for lunch)

We would usually expect one member of Science Oxford staff to be able to provide three activities in a day. Most of our shows are suitable for up to 60 children and most of our workshops for up to 30 children. We will create a draft timetable for you based on the information you provide below.
