Maker Club – Light It Up!
At this Maker Club we’ll be getting festive – creating LED light-up Christmas cards and decorations that ‘makers’ can take home and give to friends and family.
The club is a great chance to learn the basics of electronics and circuits and navigate a circuit diagram. The programmable Micro:bits will also be joining in with festive carols!
An entertaining workshop for honing those problem-solving skills, programming, learning about series and parallel circuits, LED polarity and meeting other young people with similar interests.
Makers who have been before are welcome to bring along a project of their own to work on.
