Our Sci-Comm Scratch Session is an opportunity for science communication folks old and new to try out talks, songs, poetry and everything else in between in a supportive and friendly environment.

Come along to hear more about our Frankenstein storytelling-demo show, provide constructive peer-to-peer feedback, or try out your own material. It’s the perfect opportunity to try any practical experiments or to rehearse anything with a friendly audience.

We would usually expect one member of Science Oxford staff to be able to provide three activities in a day. Most of our shows are suitable for up to 60 children and most of our workshops for up to 30 children. We will create a draft timetable for you based on the information you provide below.
