Is ageing a part of the natural order of things, or a crippling human disease? Or both? Who wants to live forever and why is human life sacrosanct? What role does death serve in our increasingly chaotic world and should we be spending time and resources on trying to prevent it? Join Science Oxford and Philosophy in Pubs to explore ideas and share your thoughts on a future that could soon be longer than you think. Dr Alison Woollard, Oxford University geneticist and one of Britain’s top biologists, leads the debate

Venue

The Kings Arms
40 Holywell St, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX1 3SP
