All the lab’s a stage, and nowhere more so than at FameLab! FameLab 2019 is bringing together the brave and the bold, the hilarious and awe-inspiring – a gang of scientists, medics, computer engineers, teachers (and more) who are so enthusiastic they just don’t know when to stop. But stop they will, as each contestant has just three minutes on the FameLab stage to charm and astonish you, our expert judges and battle each other for entry through to the UK Final!

Famelab is an international competition to find the new voices of science and engineering. Each contestant has just three minutes to explain a concept on science, mathematics or engineering – using their gift of the gab, plenty of props but definitely no Powerpoint.
