Renovation works are underway at New Road Baptist Church, when a caretaker makes a shocking discovery – the site renovator has been shot dead. But who shot him? And why did they do it? The crime-scene is still fresh, so it’s time to send in the forensic team to collect evidence from the physical to the digital, unravel alibis and establish whodunit. Grab your magnifying glass and dusting powder and become a forensic super-sleuth with Science Oxford, gather your own evidence samples and perform lab tests to see what secrets science can unearth.

This edition of Science Oxford’s CSI Forensic Challenge includes blood splatter analysis, chemical testing for gun residues, and digital forensics.

We estimate the challenge will take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours.
