It’s not only celebrities in the jungle who eat creepy crawlies – a third of the world’s population eat insects as part of their normal diet. So – could you?

Join the Science Oxford LIVE family team for an environmentally friendly culinary adventure as we explore why people eat insects and the future of food. Taste test some of our favourite bug recipes, create your own delicious insect snacks and make a bug friendly seed bomb to take home. A fun, interactive and thought provoking workshop for families. Insect-eating could be a protein-packed answer to how we’re going to feed the 9 billion people that will live on planet Earth by 2050, so why not wriggle and leap your way in to our bug banquet to find out more.
