From beautiful music to noisy car alarms, sound is all around us. But have you ever wondered what sound actually is and why some sounds make us happy while others drive us mad? Join Science Oxford for this interactive sensory show that explores how we make, hear and use sound. Whether noises are familiar or unfamiliar, there’s more to them than meets the ear – open your ears and discover will resonate with you.

Science Oxford will be running two shows (recommended for ages 7+) at 10.30am and 12.15pm. All children must be supervised. Please reserve your place in advance. Reservations are only required for the participating child but everyone will need a Cogges entry ticket to visit the site. The sessions are £2 per person to reserve your place.
