Join us for some fang-tastic* bat-inspired activities to celebrate International Bat Weekend! Discover more about our furry flying friends from members of North Bucks Bat Group and Berks and South Bucks Bat Group, and meet ecologist Angela Mills, author of the popular Bobby The Brown Long-Eared Bat children’s book who will be giving a short talk and signing. Plus – bat-kids can design a cool mask or go batty folding 3d papercraft bats, and make wild seed balls to attract bats to come and hang out in your garden!

*(not all bats have fangs…)

10% of profits from Bobby The Brown Long-Eared Bat book sales are donated to Bat Conservation Trust

Ticket includes entry to the Exploration Zone and Woodland Trail, bring a picnic or have lunch in the cafe and enjoy the last of the summer holidays.

International Bat Weekend is an annual celebration with bat events for the public taking place across the country, held by bat groups and the Bat Conservation Trust, to coincide with International Bat Night organised by Eurobats.
