Ages 5-9
What’s inside our amazing bodies? At this month’s Science Club for ages 5-9, learn about bones and build a skeleton jigsaw – find out how our skeleton stops our bodies wobbling like a jelly and becoming a pile of goo! Build a K’Nex skeleton to protect balloon lungs, and make a bone model with play dough, straws and card. It’s Alive! Experiment with movement and muscles and create Dr Frankenstein’s moving model arm from rubber bands to take home. Spooky science outfits recommended for a skele-Ton of fun – and join in with a woodland Pumpkin Trail before or after your Club session.

£5 additional adult/s ticket admittance to Science Club and outside areas
Visitor café open 10am – 4pm.
All attendees need a ticket, for under 3’s we recommend the Family Day instead.

Event Details
Children must be accompanied by an adult during the club and all our activities are designed for adults and children to work together. Led by our expert club leaders, try out bespoke activities designed to provide science-inspired fun challenges. There is a different theme each week so we and you are always learning something new!
