A group booking to the Science Oxford Centre allows use of the Exploration Zone during the Saturday Family Day session of your choice (subject to availability).

Group Bookings are only available on Saturdays. 

Session times are:

• 10:00am – 12:00pm
• 12:30pm – 14:30pm
• 3:00pm – 5:00pm

The Exploration Zone will close at the end of your session, but you are welcome to explore the woodland and outdoor spaces between 10am-5pm.

The outside areas and lobby are shared with other visitors during your stay.

We endeavour to make your booking as smooth and enjoyable as possible and will strive to accommodate your requests. For this reason, we strongly recommend a site visit and/or phone call before your booking. Catering

Emira’s Café can offer the following at £7.50 per child (inc VAT):

• Half sandwich roll (ham/cheese/egg
  mayo)
• Sausage roll
• Crisps and veg sticks (cucumber, carrot)
• Juice carton (apple/orange juice)

The café can also run a tab for other refreshments on the day.

Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own food, cake or refreshments without any additional charge, and we can provide reusable plastic plates, cups and cutlery for you to use.

We offer the following group booking options:

Shared Group Booking

• Admission to the Science Oxford Centre, with shared use of our Exploration Zone for 2 hours
• Access to our woodlands and outdoor areas all day
• Two outdoor lunch tables reserved for your group
• Free parking on a first-come, first-served basis
• Reusable plates, cups and cutlery (and we will do the dishes!)

Guest capacity = 10-36 guests (at least 1 adult per 6 children)

Price = £7.50 per guest (including fees and VAT).
Please note, guest capacities include all adults, children and Under 3s. Under 3s are free but they must obtain a ticket to reserve a space.

Exclusive Group Booking

• Admission to the Science Oxford Centre, with exclusive use of our Exploration Zone for 2 hours
• Access to our woodlands and outdoor areas all day
• Two outdoor lunch tables reserved for your group
• Free parking on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Reusable plates, cups and cutlery (and we will do the dishes!)
• Access to a fridge and sink (on request)

Guest capacity = Up to 50 guests (at least 1 adult per 6 children)

Price = £450 (including fees and VAT)
