Update on Science Oxford and COVID-19, November 2020

Wednesday 4th November 2020

In line with new Government restrictions from 5 November to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily closed our Science Oxford Centre and paused our face-to-face programmes until 2ndĀ December.

We are contacting all those with tickets booked for our Family Open Days to offer refunds or transfers to our December events. Depending on the situation, we hope to be able to offer more open days over the Christmas and New Year period. We are running our Creative Computing Club online in November and bookings are still open for our December clubs. For more information, please email [email protected]

We are also contacting schools direct who have visits booked to our Science Oxford Centre for November as well as those with outreach visits booked during this time. However, schools will still have access to our science kit loan service and online CPD sessions. Please contact the Science Oxford team on [email protected] for more information.

We are continually reviewing the situation and will let you know when individual programmes and events are up and running again. In the meantime, please keep up-to-date with Science Oxford by following us following us on Twitter and Facebook or sign up for our newsletter.

Thank you for your support and understanding in these difficult times. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
