Sound of Science
The Sound of Science Show is designed for around 100 children but can accommodate larger audiences in an appropriate venue.
We are surrounded by sound in our everyday lives, but how often do we really think about it? This show explores how we make, hear and use sound and most importantly how we can enjoy it!
Your children will be asked to explain and examine various aspects of sound. By identifying some familiar and unfamiliar noises, they will build up a picture to describe the sounds in the world around them.
From vibrations to sound waves to the inner ear, we look at the pleasure, and the danger, of sound. The show culminates in a visual representation of music that your children will be sure to remember.
The Sound of Science Show works in tandem with the Sound of Science Workshop, but can also be booked on its own.
