I loved the variety of activities that this class of children tried for their work on animal adaptations. Though this is a classroom blog, the activities can easily be adapted to work at home, for a range of ages. You don’t need complicated equipment and lots of the activities could be done independently by older children. I particularly liked the camouflaged insect hunt – this would be great for siblings to do together or for children to challenge their parents to find the hidden pictures.
