Creative Computing Club – Bright Lights (Age 9-12)
Our young programmers can see their code up in lights as they program a string of multi-coloured lights to glow on command in over 16 million colour combinations. From colour-changing patterns to flashing signals and funky colour-gradients, there’s no end to the creative opportunities for a light show with a difference. Using Micro:bits and the coding language Python to communicate with the lights, we’re expecting flying colours!
9-12 year olds sessions must be accompanied by an adult.
Science Oxford welcomes all children to our clubs. If you or your child has additional needs, please get in touch on [email protected] to discuss how we can best support your child to make the most of the club.
We recommend beginners come along to the 10am session and those who have been coming to our clubs for a little while or have some knowledge already to come to the 12.30pm session.
