COVID-19

If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or are in a vulnerable group, please stay at home, your tickets can be transferred to another day or refunded.

Refunds

For most of our events you can transfer your booking time or event yourself, when booked through Eventbrite. To do this, log-in to Eventbrite, click ‘Tickets’, then select your order and the corresponding ticket(s) for amendment. You can cancel and refund a whole order in one go, but you can only transfer one ticket at a time.

We offer refunds up to 24 hours before the event date, if you require cancellation or you are no longer able to attend and cannot transfer to another day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the Eventbrite fee charge associated with your booking. We also cannot guarantee a refund if you cancel on the day of the event or with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Age suitability

Activities will have been designed with the age guideline in mind. Children outside of the guideline can usually be accommodated but please get in touch to confirm.

Access and disability needs
