Events Policy

These terms and conditions are for The Oxford Trust and Science Oxford events only. We cannot take responsibility for third party/external events and bookings.

Refunds/Amendments

For most of our events, when booked through Eventbrite, you can transfer your ticket to another timeslot or event yourself. To do this, log-in to Eventbrite, click ‘Tickets’, then select your order and the corresponding ticket(s) for amendment. Please note that Eventbrite requires each individual ticket to be transferred one at a time. Transfers must be made than 24 hours before the event date.

If you need to cancel or can no longer attend an event, and you cannot transfer to another day, you can request a refund up to 24 hours before the event date. You can request to cancel and refund a whole order in one go, but unfortunately, we are unable to refund the Eventbrite fee charge associated with your booking.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable within 24 hours of the event date.

Age suitability

Activities will have been designed with the age guideline in mind. Children outside of the guideline can usually be accommodated but please get in touch to confirm.

 

Access and disability needs
