Primary Science Quality Mark

In-person

The Primary Science Quality Mark is a comprehensive, one-year, evidence-informed, professional development and school improvement programme. It equips primary science subject leaders with the knowledge, confidence, and expert support they need to transform the quality and profile of science education across the school, for all children.  Subject leaders who successfully complete the programme receive recognition through the accreditation of the Primary Science Quality Mark for their school.

Science Oxford manage a hub for the Primary Science Quality Mark in the region. Hubs usually run twice a year, starting in spring and autumn. Registration will soon be open to start in spring 2024.

With our expertise in primary science CPD and pupil engagement, Science Oxford is well placed to provide the advice and support required. We ensure regular communications through a dedicated point of contact for each school. Additionally, our ability to draw on the expertise of all members of the education team enables us to provide tailored support aligned with the individual needs of schools in the hub.

If you would like to find out more about the programme, have a look at the PSQM website, contact PSQM at [email protected], or contact Science Oxford at [email protected] for further details.
