Pile of stones
What is a habitat?
Can you spot any wildlife habitats in and around the woodland?
Hint: they could be natural or human-made
Challenge:
Create a habitat to help local wildlife, in a quiet corner of a garden or in another outdoor area.
You could:
- create a pile of rocks and stones,
- loosely pile leaves, grass cuttings or straw,
- make a pile of logs,
- start a compost heap.
