Creative Computing Club
Ages 9-12
Young programmers learn to drive remote control robots at this month’s Creative Computing Club for ages 9-12. Using BBC micro:bits and MakeCode drag and drop editor, create a radio controller to send instructions to your robot! Take our Robo-Challenge and drive the robots around the space, avoiding obstacles and each other!

£14 per club ticket (includes Eventbrite booking fee) includes one child + accompanying adult.
£5 additional adult ticket admittance to Science Club and outside areas / café. All attendees need a ticket.
Book hereAll club sessions must be accompanied by an adult. These family workshops are designed for you and your child to learn from each other and work together while trying out new things. Led by our expert club leaders with bespoke activities designed to provide science and tech-inspired fun challenges. There is a different theme each week so we and you are always learning something new!
Get coding with expert guidance at our monthly hands-on programming club for ages 9-12. We encourage creativity and self-led learning with themed projects, and practice patience and problem-solving skills in learning to debug computer code. Beginners welcome.
