Ages 5-9
Explore the science behind light and colour with fun experiments at November’s Science Club for ages 5-9. Make a test tube rainbow with skittles, mix light and shadow with filters, and create new colours with pen chromatography to take home. Things heat up for bonfire weekend – find out how firework paint stories across the sky and see sparkling flame demonstrations for an “ooh and ahh!”.

£5 additional adult/s ticket admittance to Science Club and outside areas and the visitor cafe. All attendees need a ticket, for under 3’s we recommend the Family day instead.

Event Details
Children must be accompanied by an adult during the club and all our activities are designed for adults and children to work together. Led by our expert club leaders, try out bespoke activities designed to provide science-inspired fun challenges. There is a different theme each week so we and you are always learning something new!
