Cost: £200 per teacher, or

A non-attendance charge of £100 will be applied on discounted places.
All primary teachers in schools across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire are eligible to attend.
The course:
This practical and inspiring day will equip teachers with the knowledge and confidence to lead climate change education through outdoor learning, with workshops presented by Science Oxford, Oxford University Museum of Natural History and Digitall. Using local environments as a springboard, participants will discover how to bring science to life beyond the classroom.
Participants will:
- Build confidence and practical skills for delivering science lessons in outdoor settings
- Explore a range of resources and teaching strategies to seamlessly integrate climate change education into the existing science and computing curricula
- Gain fresh ideas for using the outdoors to engage pupils in meaningful, place-based learning about environmental issues
