Get Involved

There are going to be many ways you can get involved in the new Science Oxford centre, from volunteering your time to help rejuvenate the woodland to becoming a partner in our schools programme. Our first priority though is to raise the funds to make it all happen.

The development cost of the new science education centre is £3.75million, and we have already secured £1.25m in funds. We are now campaigning to raise the remaining £2.5m we need to create this first-class science education centre – on that Oxfordshire and the region can be proud of. You can find out more about our fundraising campaign here.

If you would like to be involved in fundraising, please contact Paul Dryden, Director of Development, on 01865 810019 or email for more information.

We don’t yet have a formal Stansfeld Volunteers scheme but if you’re interested in volunteering and enjoy the outdoors, how about signing up to the Oxford Conservation Volunteers group – who are helping us to rejuvenate our 15-acre woodland? Sign-up to their mailing list and you can register to come to any of our special Stansfeld conservation days. It’s a great chance to get some fresh air, hone your pruning skills and meet other volunteers over a cup of tea and slice of cake.
