Weekly Coding Club Extra – Online
Get coding with expert guidance at our weekly online Creative Coding Club ‘Extra’ programming club for young technologists.
Love coding? Young coders who enjoy our Saturday Creative Computing Club can join us for a Coding Club Extra online session, with a little guidance from our Tech club leader Sarah who is is on-hand to help. It’s a great chance to continue working on projects from our Saturday club, or perhaps a programming project for school, or to share their own cool projects and ideas!
This informal club is a place for young people to try out new coding projects, to ask for help from our expert team on their own projects, and to share their work with their peers.
Tickets are free, but by donating you will help us to provide tickets to our events to those for whom cost is a barrier, and to continue to develop new science and technology activities for the future.
What you will need:
You will need an internet connected device to take part in the session. We recommend a laptop, but activities should be possible to complete using a tablet – please get in touch if you want to discuss the requirements.
An appropriate adult must always be nearby during the day and will be responsible for monitoring your child’s online activity. As always, we encourage you to work with your child on their project.
For information on our terms and conditions visit here.
Science Oxford welcomes all children to our clubs. If you or your child has additional needs, please get in touch to discuss how we can best support your child to make the most of the club.
